Exercise was a huge savior in getting Renee through her first year of motherhood when she battled with postnatal anxiety and a colicy baby. Shes extremely passionate about helping other Mum’s who are struggling feel better through movement.

Ren holds the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor of Sport & Leisure Studies
  • Holistic Health Coach from the Intergrative School of Nutrition
  • Certificate in Nutrition for Fertility, Pregnancy and Lactation
  • Former International athlete
  • Mum’s of two girls aged 2 and 6 months

Jenna Smith

Jenna’s life has been warpped up in sport and exercise from an early age. What drives her is seeing the ripple effect that exercise has on everyone around you. In her words “It starts with you taking a little time for yourself and it filters onto everyone else.”

Jen holds the following qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching
  • Certificate in Pregnancy and Exercise for Optimal Outcomes
