28 Nov REAL HEALTH NZ – MEMBER OF THE MONTH
Meet this months Real Health NZ member of the month super Mum of 4 Hanneke! Hanneke has been part of the Real Health NZ family for the past few months and I think it’s fair to say since joining she has been motivating so many others inside the Online Members Community! We love seeing your workout pictures and think its so awesome to see you getting your kids involved in your workouts! Total inspiration!
WHAT DOES YOUR 9-5 LOOKS LIKE:
I haven’t had a 9-5 day in years, with 4 young daughters it’s more like 24-7! They keep me on my toes both day and night: busy with school, other activities and their social lives! (They have more of a social life than I do!) Not to mention the mountains of laundry and housework that comes with it!
CURRENT HEALTH/WELLNESS GOAL:
Become a fitter, stronger, healthier and happier mother and wife!
BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU CURRENTLY FACE:
Getting motivated to workout when I’m running on such little sleep!
YOUR WELLNESS MANTRA:
Since joining Real Health NZ it is now “just get it done”! I’m great at finding excuses so this fits perfectly!
YOUR GO TO BREAKFAST:
Oats with chia seeds, sliced almonds, sultanas and vanilla bean yoghurt! YUM!I have to share it with my toddler though..
WHAT YOU REACH FOR WHEN 3PM CRAVINGS HIT?
Bliss balls or a mixed berry smoothie!
FAV WAY TO GET MOVING?
Get out of the house for a walk, fresh air and some me time!
WHAT DOES TRUE HEALTH & WELLNESS MEANS TO YOU:
Being fit and active as well as supporting your metal health.
My mother in law. She’s an awesome, patient, kind hearted woman and amazingly fit! She’s very active with our girls and has also been spotted doing cartwheels on the lawn with them too!!!
WHAT DOES RHNZ MEAN TO YOU?
I love the workouts being short and sweet, makes it easy to slot one in, even on a crazy busy day. The meal plans and recipes for bootcamp are fantastic, I find it difficult thinking about what to eat everyday! I’ve learnt that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring and bland!
