The views and opinions expressed on Real Health NZ website are based on their own philosophy and professional backgrounds. Qualification held by Renee and Jenna includes a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, a Bachelor of Sport and Leisure Studies, Certificate in Pregnancy Exercise for optimal outcomes, Certificate in Nutrition for fertility, pregnancy and lactation as well as a certificate in Health Coaching.
